What’s new about this trip:
– new notebook (made of paper)
– new power bank battery for charging (INIU Portable Charger 10000mAh)
– new 3-liter hydration bladder used as a bucket for water.
Preparation started after I realized that I want to go back to Vermont after 6 years. I’ve already completed AT VT in 2020 in several trips during the height of the COVID-19.
The nice opportunity to travel came up on TUE August 18 after an early morning meeting on that day. I would park on router VT-11 / VT-30, go back on the bike to route 9 and start my 40 mi hike towards the car. That way I will revisit 2 sections that I’ve completed in May and July of 2020 and, I would cover a 1.9 mi section that I missed back then.
