Game Overview

Hot weather makes space for a lot more player than usual.  We started 12-on-12, grew to 14-on-13, and people started to abandon the field after Stas M. scored his long-distance goal at 11AM.

Game Timeline

09:38 – 0:0 – Start 12-on-12.  4 more people to join one by one later 
10:01 – Misha G. stopped the obvious goal with his hands and sure penalty was realized by Zhenia V. 
10:04 – 0:2 – Ruslan was serving a corner, and Dima B. scored on Amr on a second attempt
10:09 – 1:2 – in defense, Dr. Yurik was passing to Alex Grt, but Kolya P. intercepted and WHITEs got an immediate goal from Grisha Rom. (goal number one) after a pass from Lee
10:14 – 1:3 – Josh scores a header, after ball rolls pass many  feet and legs.  This was most likely a cornerstone goal of the game
10:18 – Zhenia V. rolls a precise pass to Dr. Yurik, and he just pushes it further to Ruslan.  Ruslan does his thing with valor – Goal!
10:21 – 5:1 – Ruslan again! – And they did not want to pick him – Two goals and one corner – fantastic!
10:25 – 5:2 – A very quick counter by Grisha Rom.an Boris Sh. and a very convincing goal into the corner – Boris Sh.!
10:34 – 5:3 –  a blind pass from Stas M. finds Oleg, who delivers ball to Grisha Rom. and one more goal!
10:44 – 5:4 – Kolya P. sends a very straight pass to Oliver, but everybody misses the ball, and it continues peacefully into the net – That is when game reached it apogee.  Next goal will be the one.
10:59 – 6:4 – Goal!  Who scored?  Goal is not recorded, but all remembered that Stas M. did score a goal closer to the end of his tenure. 
10:59 – 11:04 – So many people left for both sides, that even bare-foot Clive had to enter as a goal-keeper for WHITEs.  Stas lost his keys, and his car begins to wail and scream.
11:09 – 7:4 – Arkasha B. was either passing or shooting, but ball goes through everybody to reach Dr. Yurik and he does score!
11:13 – 8:4 – Damon scores!
11:15 – 9:4 – Valera scores – he usually played with us during the week
11:20 – 9:5 – Grisha wants to tie and he continues to lay a foundation – His goal number three!
11:21 – Dr. Yurik is out and DARKs are now 2 players down. This is a crisis! 
11:21 – 9:6 – Grisha scores again!  Goal number four. Sam switches for DARKs to equalize.
11:28 – 10:6 – Zhenia D. after a good “puff” shoots, hits Arkasha B. and ball proceeds into the net – Goal!
11:30 – 10:7 – This corner was already called ‘last corner”, so the hopes were not to high.  However, Tito intercepted, and Grisha Rom. sends one of those high balls above everybody right into the net.  This is his goal number 5.
