At this point WHITEs begin to score their super series – 7 goals in 19 minutes. By 11:28 the score is 9:3 for WHITEs and Vladis Sh. switches for 12 minutes for DARKs. It means DARKs played one player down for the first 78 minutes today.
Next 39 minutes WHITEs played up one or equal teams (Zhenia D. left early). But the score didn’t budge. Both teams scored 4 more goals and stopped completely exhausted at 12:07pm.
Kudos to defensemen of both teams. Only 20 instead usual 30 goals were recorded today. One needs to adopt indoor-like strategies for a game with high snow banks surrounding the field on all sides.
