07-07 TUE I am starting to plan a trip to Massachusetts (MA) section of Appalachian Trail (AT) between Mass Pike and North Adams – the last AT section in New England that I did not do. It will need to do about forty miles of hiking and 40 mi biking back to the car. There is a clear realization that as soon as my last meeting on Tuesday 7/14 morning is complete, I can depart for the hike.
07-14 TUE – I managed to reach Anthony at Newton Police, and I moved my LTC renewal appointment to a later date. Now everything is clear to go on the trip. I must act fast as rain is moving in on SAT 07-18.
