Game Overview

To properly counterweight Zhenia T. during pick procedure, I would suggest these steps:
01 First captain picks Zhenia T.
02 Second captain picks 3 players in a row for his own team and then picks one more player for the opposite team.
03 After that turn goes back to the first capitan and  each captain picks one player at a time

I think that will make our teams more balanced.  Suggestions?   Today second captain (Oleg) picked only two players after Zhenia T. was picked, and it proven to be not enough.
